items online but not on back end
Hi - my online store (hiltonheadrunningcompany.com) is showing items for sale - but no items exist on back end "Site Items". Whats going on with this??

I just took a peek at your account and the Site Items are appearing now. This might have been a hiccup in the system. Are you still experiencing this on your end?

Hi JJ - negative, I had to step away for a day to give my head a break from this stuff. So, to re-cap - initially I removed all items from my online store yet 210 items still remained for sale online.
So, next I exported my item library from dashboard (pos) and marked all items as hidden - then, imported the items back into the library (via dashboard) - hoping this would force a refresh of items showing online. Instead, my online site now shows the item library (589 items) plus the 210 items from previous!
When I export/import my item library to spreadsheet - I have 635 items - so I really don't know why there is a discrepancy in item numbers .
AND, I really dont know why my online store is not acting as it should - ie., hidden items are showing for sale?? More items in the online store than in my POS item library??
