edit customer info on an order already placed
Pretty basic necessity for doing business online...when you gonna catch up to basically every other online order platform, Square/Weebly? Customers make typos when they place online orders, and you don't give us any way to edit customer info on an order that's been placed. This request (seems strange to even have to "request" such a basic biz essential) has been made for years now...when's it gonna happen?

I do encourage you to post your request on the Ideate board, though, so that other sellers can provide their feedback as well. I agree with you that it would be a useful and efficient feature to have access to.
