Somehow, I cannot find January February for 2024 for taxes

For some reason I can’t find January February transactions from 2024. I see March through December. I’m trying to find all my transactions for 2024 for tax purposes

Where are you looking for the January and February reports? On your device or on the dashboard?

If it's on your device, try tapping on the date at the top of the reports screen. You can choose your date range on the next screen that appears.

If it's on the dashboard, you can change the dates by clicking on the date in the top left of the reports screen then choosing the correct time period. Please note that dashboard reports are limited to one year in length.

If neither of those are working for you, did you change your login information by chance this month? If you're logging in with a different username and password as before you may be running into permission issues. Try signing out and back in with your original username and password and see if that restores the missing data.
