Hi! I created a new category and listed it to show on the top of my categories (pre selling pies for the holiday season). It shows on the dashboard as a new category, but when I go to our webpage after giving it time to update- the category is not showing, and the item is listed under "items" instead of its category. I've noticed quite a few glitches since the changes for the online section has anyone else experienced this or have a fix?

We have not had the exact same issue. However, we have had challenges whereby we make an item Visible to our Online store, and it doesn't go live to our site.
I know Square is aware of the challenges that sellers are facing with categories and is actively working to address many of those challenges. Input from sellers like you (and me) help to surface these challenges and get them addressed as soon as possible.
Please let me know if you face other issues or have other concerns.

Mine is doing the same, when I make an item it saves but won’t show on the live site

Same! Support hasnt been able to fix it yet either. Someone on FB said it was a bug but that is all.
