New event with 20 available tickets shows out of stock

New event, 20 tickets available, yet shows out of stock consistently, no matter what I change.  If I try and edit the event from the web edit event page, I get an error and 'try again later', which this is 9 hours later.

I'm getting pretty fed up with all the errors I've seen recently.

I'm going to outline some troubleshooting steps/workaround options. Please let me know if these do not work. 

 

  1. Immediate Troubleshooting Steps:

    • Clear your browser cache and cookies
    • Try accessing from a different browser
    • Try accessing from an incognito/private window
    • Check if the issue persists on the Square app (if you have it)
  2. Check Event Settings:

    • Verify the event status isn't accidentally set to "ended" or "cancelled"
    • Confirm the event date/time settings are correct
    • Check if there are any ticket release dates that might be affecting availability
  3. Emergency Workaround Options:

    • Create a completely new event (as a temporary solution)
    • Use a different ticket type within the same event
    • Set up manual ticket sales through Square Invoices as a backup
