My new domain name don’t work, why?

New domain name does not work. It has come out of my bank account about a week ago however, the only way I could open. My website up is by using Weebly in my domain name. Am I doing something wrong?

These things can be a frustrating sometimes.  Unfortunately the Community does not have the same ability as Tech Support - the good people here can help with many business concerns however, you need someone who can look at your account setup as it sounds like the system is using the free subdomain.  Note, it can take 48 hours or more for you new domain name to be active however, it may be best to contact Tech Support for assistance.
