Item Order Prep Times

I'm trying to add cakes for customers to order online and the only options for prep times are 20 min, 20 hours, 20 days or 20 business days? I already have items set for 24 hour prep time and now that option is gone? Why is there no increment of time between 20 hours and 20 days? This makes no sense at all. Why 20 even?
