How do I retrieve loss text when working on my website?

After painstakingly creating a story for my website, somehow I lost it all. Is there a way to retrieve it?

Unfortunately, we're not able to retrieve any lost text from the Square Online site editor. We recommend drafting any future website content in a separate document and copy/paste the text over to the site editor before publishing.
