ERROR: There was an issue adding that product to your cart.

Hi everyone,

 

I launched a customer-facing website for online food pickups back in January 2024. It’s been running smoothly until about a week ago when I noticed that most items can no longer be added to the cart—an error pops up, but oddly, one item still works fine.

 

I’ve double-checked the settings for several items, but I don’t see anything out of the ordinary that might have caused this issue. The only change I’m aware of is that the business owner verified their Square account back in December 2024. Our online orders appear to have stopped around January 17, and we only became aware of it when a customer brought it to our attention a few days ago.

 

I’ve attached a screenshot of the error that shows up when trying to add an item to the cart. Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
