Does the Online Store integrate with Namecheap?

[The title of this thread has been edited from the original: DNS HELP]

Hi, I'm having an issue with connecting my dns with my third party host Namecheap. I did add both IP address but not sure if I'm suppose to delete the ones they have there?

Also after doing that, What should I do? I still can't get my website to connect.

Please help

Yes it does, I just purchased my domain today and had the same issue. All you have to do is:

1) Delete previous DNS that are already installed.

2) Under DNS Templates, click the dropdown menu that reads "Choose DNS Template," and select Weebly.

3) Now all you have to do is copy your DNS number and paste it to both Values. Don't change anything under Host or Type.

PS: If in case your site reads that is not protected in the URL bar, give it a few hours and it'll be displayed with the Lock icon.

Hope this helped.

Hi @irresistiblecm,

Thanks for posting and happy to look into this for you.

In order to make sure i'm understanding, what website builder did you use to create your site (Wix, Weebly, GoDaddy, WooCommerce etc.)? Also, can you provide the URL to your website/page? Thank you!

Please let me know by replying in this thread. I'll keep an eye out for your response.

Hey, I'm not sure if I understand correctly but all you have to do is just make sure that whatever was already there is deleted first so that there are no records.

Then proceed with the Weebly DNS Template as I previously stated. That will automatically add two new "A Record" DNS settings. All you have to do is replace the IP numbers with your own. Leave both TTLs on Automatic.

It should look like this:
