Having good images of items in the catalog is one of the most important factors when customers choose to buy or not to buy. I've been talking to sellers and they use either a lightbox setup, a professional studio, or candid phone photos with natural light, all of which takes a pretty long time at high cost.
I'm trying to gather some sellers with online catalogs to help with testing out a prototype that I'm working on - it's essentially a virtual photo studio that provides studio quality lighting for any photo. You feed in an image of your product, we take out the background and model it in 3D, and add realistic lights to produce the outcome.
I'm not trying to sell anything, just asking for beta testers if this is something that sounds interesting to you! I promise it'll take very little time and I'll be right on the other end listening to your feedback.
