The title of this thread has been edited from the original: I can’t view my orders in my Square Terminal
I just completed the setup of my online store through Square and also just received my terminal. I thought that I would see online orders through the terminal. We operate a food truck so I don’t has access to my dashboard. I also have a android tablet and orders do not appear on it also.

Hey all - dropping in with an update about order management on your Square Terminal! 🎉
Starting early this month, we introduced the ability to receive, view, and print online orders from your Terminal. Whether the orders are coming in from your Square Online website, Square for Restaurants, or a third-party delivery or ordering integration, you can now easily manage your orders, check the status of orders, and configure order settings directly from your Terminal’s new Order Manager.

Update: At this time it's not possible to view orders from your Square Terminal. We'll reply to this thread when this feature is available. We appreciate your patience in the meantime.

I have a Square Terminal and our Online Store is up and running. I see the orders on the navigation bar in my tablets but not in the Square Terminal.

Hi there, @LukeNieuw - thanks for reaching out to us here and letting us know about your issue. So sorry for the trouble!
One quick clarifying question - are you seeing the Orders tab available in your navigation bar and orders are simply not visible from there? Or is there no Orders tab all together?

I am not seeing the orders tab on the Square Terminal. It is showing up on my iPads though.

Got it! Thanks for the quick reply, @LukeNieuw - very strange indeed. Would you mind flagging this over to our Support Team directly? We may need to get some 'hands-on' troubleshooting here to see where the issue lays.
