Setting up online items

I’m setting up online and only want certain categories available to purchase online, I’ve found a way to hide the other categories from the website but the items in the hidden categories are still visible under ‘all items’. I’ve also found a way to hide all items, but this means I manually have to search for hundreds of items to manually add them to the website. 

Has anyone managed to add only items from specific categories to their website without having to manually search and select each item?

Hey @Ruby4 -  from the online item list you can use the filters option to only show some categories, then it’s faster to select all the ones that show and hide/show them from there.
