My payment policy settings are not syncing to my online booking website.
The title of this thread has been edited from the original: pre payment booking wont delete
Hi, i selected the option of no prepayment needed for booking however whne they go to book it says pre payment required and they have to put in their credit card. ive doubled checked my settings and it is set at does not require payment. yet it still shows up please help

Most times, republishing your website might can fix the issue. Can you try this and let me know how you get on ? The easiest way to publish your website is to access the Square Online site editor and select the Publish button.
If the issue persists, can you share your website URL so I can take a closer look ?
