Meta integration

Hello

 

I have a Meta integration that is causing me issues. I previously successfully published my items but when I edit and republish, Meta disallows the item because it is missing the google_product_category attribute.

 

I have been messaging the online support for 2.5 hours to try and resolve this issue. They can't seem to understand the issue and tell me I need to talk to Meta. There is no way to get technical support from Meta that I can find. In any case, the problem is with Square not offering a compliant integration.

 

I know that Shopify offer this integration out of the box. Obviously the Shopify developers have worked through this issue.

 

I am totally underwhelmed with the support offered online who just want me to go away and solve the problem elsewhere. 

 

Has anyone else come across this issue and found a solution?

I'm sorry to hear about the frustrating experience with your Meta integration so far. 

 

Looking at some of Meta's help centre articles, it looks like this can be fixed via the steps outlined here. Please let us know how you go!
