How do you navigate the "Customer Success" workers?
Feeling totally, totally frustrated. How do you get anyone at Square to answer your queries? After each reply I get a different "success worker". For each one I have to start my enquiry anew. To date no one has even started to answer my enquiry. Is there anything that can be done to bypass this system so that there is just one person to deal with and my concern can be addressed?

4. Click "Message us", "Email us" or "Call Us"
Or, if you see the new chatbot help flow, type “support” to bring up a list of contact methods.
Depending on your query, you may be directed to messaging support which sounds like what's happened in your case.
Can I ask whether you have an active Square account already, or are you in the process of signing up for Square?
