How can I add notes on the square appointments so the customer can see it?
Also the price to be visible to the customer

Thanks for your post, and welcome to the Community!
Currently, appointment notes and notes added to a customers profile, are visible to service providers only. However, if you wanted to add a brief note to the booking notification that your client receives, you could do this by adding it as an optional message when sending your appointment notification via email.
When you select to send your client booking notification via email, youโll see this Notification Message text box is available.
I hope this helps, but if the workaround doesnโt meet your needs, Iโd recommend submitting a feature request. This is the best way to highlight potential improvements that could benefit your business, to our product developers.
