Going crazy trying to sell event tickets.

I'm simply trying to create an online checkout link for an item in my library. The checkout link works up until the point that you hit checkout when it starts doing the circle loading and says "There was an error. Please try again"

I've tried creating a non-physical item through the online checkout area but that doesn't let me finish creating it as it errors at my address and won't let me select one.

This seems very simple to do, yet it will not work as it should. I've told it to accept online orders in square online, I've made sure the item is available to sell and in-stock. I am at a loss as I try to switch from events being sold through Eventbrite but I'm absolutely going insane on this seemingly simple task.

Hey @Boardwalkcafe! 

Firstly have you made sure you have a way to receive payments attached to your account - this is one of the most common reasons for checkouts failing.

Alternatively I would recommend contacting Square by phone as it is very difficult to go into account specifics on this public forum without risking leaking your data.
