Email confirmations to business
My business needs a copy of the order in a few places.
Only one email address receives this email. Account holder.
Can we add multiple email addresses for receiving the order?
Also, can it be in the format of 'print order' from the orders section of the online dashboard?
At the moment receiving a copy of the customer receipt is a badly formatted option (prints a single order, over 3 pages), despite editing the format of email as small as possible.

At the moment it's only possible to email the original account holder info about order confirmations. I'm not actually sure if this is something that's in the product pipeline at all - though I can see how it'd be handy if you're delegating order prep to staff!
The workarounds here would be:
- Set up email forwarding based on delivery address or keywords, so that these orders can automatically forward to your staff. How you'd go about this would differ between email systems, so if you're unsure of how to do this it may be worth getting in touch with support for your email provider.
- You could change the email address on the Square account to one that is set up to be viewable by multiple staff members. The downside is here is that all Square emails would be viewable by these staff members, so if there are any emails you'd want to restrict these staff members from viewing this may not be the best solution.
