Can I have new sale notifications sent to various emails?

Hey all,

I have several brands I to P.O.D for on my site and would like to set up auto email notifications that go direct to them when a new sale is made of one of their products. Is this possible? Atm I can only figure out sending to me.

Great question!

We currently don't offer the option to receive order notifications at different email addresses based on the product purchased. However, you can set up to three email addresses to receive online order notifications in total. Please note that all email addresses will receive notifications for every order placed through Square Online.

To add additional email addresses, you'll want to head to your Square Online Overview page in your Dashboard > Settings > Notifications. Select Edit and then add your additional email addresses, ensuring you use a comma to separate each address entered. Once finished, click Save.

Just to clarify, could you confirm the current process for handling orders? For instance, do you receive an order first, then contact the brand to request the number of units needed, and finally receive the units to ship to your customer?
