Hi Glazer,
It's a goal every small business faces - how do I get customers. We all have one thing in common, who are your ideal customers? Check out what other similar businesses are doing - it may give you some ideas you have not thought about. For your business, are you targeting homeowners, contractors, architects, or businesses or all ? Ensure your business is listed on popular online directories such as Google My Business, Yelp, Yellow Pages, Angie's. There's also your local paper to consider. If you have the funds, be prepared to spend some money on advertising, but don't go crazy. Word of mouth is your best friend so being professional and timely is very important and it does not hurt if you can get the word out through friends and family. Utilize social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn to showcase your work - blogs, videos, etc. Videos are great as you show and explain your expertise. Make sure your website has accurate information (description of your services and contact information), good photos of your work even if you're not selling any products. Square is great for processing credit card transactions on the spot (in real time), regardless if in your shop or at the customer's location.

Hey @Glazer -- Congrats on starting your glazing business.
@JK_Fiber_Art offered tons of great advice.
I'm curious to hear what you've tried so far to get your name out there and acquire new customers. What's working for you and what hasn't so far?
The more we know, the more we can jump in and help you with your journey. 💙
