How does someone resubscribe to square marketing?

How does someone resubscribe to square marketing? I have a customer who at some point unsubscribed, but now wants to receive our newsletters. Unfortunately, we don't see a way to reverse that.

Information at the bottom of the receipt should help them. They will click on manage preferences to see their selection and make changes.
