Client accidentally unsubscribed
I had a client complain that they weren't getting any of the holiday promo emails I was sending. I looked at their customer profile, and saw that they unsubscribed from Marketing emails. Is there a way for a customer to re-subscribe to marking emails on their end?

@mercury47 You can Re-subscribe them from your online dashboard.
- Go to: Customers -> Customers -> Directory
- Find the customer and open their directory entry
- Scroll down to the Marketing section, and click the “…” to the right. That should give you the option to subscribe them to email and/or SMS marketing.
