Customer Subscription Notifications

I recently set up a Subscription payment method to bill my customers. I've had some complaints they weren't warned (reminded) before their card was billed for the next subscription period. Is there a way to set up automated emails of the style "Your subscription ends in 7 days if you wish to cancel blah, blah,"

Hi @tricoachmartin 

 

I'm not sure if you had figured this out yet or not, but you can add a reminder to your recurring invoice.  When editing the invoice template, scroll down to the communication section, and there you can set the reminder schedule for your customers to be notified prior to their card being charged.
