Can no longer invoice tickets from the square app

For some reason in the recent update to square there is no longer an option to invoice customers directly from a ticket that I create. As I often have tickets with over 100 items it is impractical to make an invoice and add line items one by one separately.

I checked with our Operations team and they said this option is still available. Once you select "Charge," the option should appear once you scroll down. Here is a screenshot showing that section:

I understand. To clarify, is this just occurring on your Square App? If so, what device are you using?

Hi, yes this option used to appear for an open ticket but it no longer does. I have tried messing with the checkout settings to enable this option but it will not appear for an open ticket. I am able to invoice directly but not with an open ticket.

This is also occurring for me - as soon as we updated the ticket function on the retail POS system.    The settings say it is enabled, but when I open a ticket, the option is not available.   Any help you can offer is welcome.
