contracts

Hello,

Hope all is well. Do anyone know if it's possible to create an invoice without having to continually add my contracts to each invoice being sent out? I would like to create an invoice and have the contracts already enabled.

Hello @Thequeenexp !

If your contracts are in PDF form on your computer, you can update the invoice template to include them. I recommend doing this from a computer versus a phone. Easier to see all the settings.

Dashboard > Invoices > Settings > Invoices

Click where it says Square Invoice/Your Invoice Settings (right below the blue +New Template button). At the far bottom right of your screen, click Edit. Scroll all the way down to the Attachments setting and add in your contracts here. Save the template. That should automatically add all your contracts to new invoices going forward.
