Workaround for the "recipient" name in a Square contract?

A lawyer reviewed a contract I sent from Square recently and pointed out that the "recipient's name (in this case, an employee working for a company) appeared in what appears as the first section of the contract on the signature. page. Below it, the actual contract lists the company as the one I'm contracting with.

I contacted Square Help and they told me there's no way to change this or hide that section.

Have any of you come up with a work around?

And I'd really like to suggest that section at the top of the signature page get eliminated or at least be created to be editable.

After I sent this message, I answered my own question -- I put the name of the company in the First and Last name fields in the customer section. Then I put in the notes the name of the employee with whom I was working on the contract. This is a weird workaround. It would be better to be able to check whether we prefer using the individuals or the corporation name in that top section of the signature page or eliminating that section entirely.
