Why cant i receive my customer's message

Sometimes my clients text me through the Square Appointment app, but recently I have not been receiving their messages and have been receiving complaints.

What should I do ?

Firstly, welcome to the Seller Community I am sorry to hear that you're here because you've run into trouble. We recommend checking to make sure that both your app and your mobile device itself are up-to-date. If everything looks good there, you'll want to reach out.

Welcome to the Square Community.  Here you find like minded individuals where you can bounce ideas off of as well get help with square related issues.  That could be a problem.  Personally I have found when one of my features start acting off on the app...I log off and completely make sure to close the app down (even running in the background).  This usually fixes my issues because it lets my app update with the current update if it hasn't already done so.  Also...try contacting square support.  They can see more than what we can see to make sure it isn't a bug.  Hopefully this helps a little 🙂
