Self-Remove Option from Waitlist (that doesn't impact Appt. Text Notifications)

We need a way for the client to self-remove themselves from the waitlist --

Perhaps we can include "Text CANCEL to remove yourself from the waitlist." after each triggered waitlist notificaition text.

Right now, folks text "STOP" but that removes them from all text-based messaging including appt. reminders. We've had some folks miss their appointment because the waitlist notifications got to be too much. We've instructed them to text "START" to receive our appt. notifications again, but an easy waitlist-specific opt-out would be great. And if they add themselves to the waitlist again, we should be able to text again until they cancel again.
