SMS text messaging
Another square decision that doesn't make sense. In the Appointment section where the communication settings are, the app allows us to edit the SMS or Email communications. For example in my case I can edit the SMS with using predefined SMS codes with my custom text. However, in that same section where we can edit SMS, there is an additional SMS section called "Attached Copy" and that SMS section can not be edited. why? That section causes some issues with my customers. Below is a screenshot of the SMS edit page.
Any suggestions on how to turn off that "Attached Copy" portion of the TEXT?

Hey @ericmkr
I went on a scavenger hunt looking for this section or better yet a way to get rid of it. Mine differs slightly from yours as mine also states that customers can make changes. This leads me to believe that this specific area is under Appointments>Settings> Payments & Cancellations. If you scroll all the way down there will be a section allowing customers to make changes to an appointment .
Mine is turned on, so I do know that the second part of that appointment confirmation allows customers to make changes. Is that ticked on under your settings as well?
I did attempt to turn it off, but even though it was off, when I went back under the Appointments>Settings>Communications it did still show there, but I am not sure if that would actually send.
Let me know on your settings if that was turned on or off.

Hi Minion, thanks for your reply. You did Steered me right direction. Looks like it is connected to the cancellation settings. I just need to play with the settings and see what works.
thanks again and have a nice day.

Glad to help out, I will attach a screenshot here later of a text that I had sent to myself as a reminder so you can see how it shows up on a customers end with the settings that I have enabled.
