Hello, so I know the ongoing issue about Square Invoices and Square appointments not being interlinked in order to place multiple appointments on one invoice is still a thing...so to work around I have always made my appointment services $0 and just send one invoice with the amount of appointments the customer is doing each month.
I tried the Subscriptions thing too, but had the same issue with having to change my services to $0. And it was not as flexible to change invoice dates for my customers or pause.
Anywho, this way is only allowing me to check out by submiting a payment on each appointment. Usually I hit "other" and write "invoiced" or "subscription". It is all well and good because it doesn't look like I have any other income, but it does look like I do all kinds of appointments for free...
This isn't a huge deal, except now for my taxes, I have to sort through several $0 FAKE payments mixed in with all my other collected REAL payments. It looks sloppy and like I work double what I really do...Does anyone know a way to allow a service to be scheduled without needing a charge attached to it? I mean if Square isn't going to merge their products, atleast let us make modifications as we see fit...
