Hello, I want to switch to Square permanently; I have a Square app and appointments. The issue I am having is when I check out my client on square appointments, I can't print out a receipt. When I checked them out on the Square app under the appointment tab, it automatically printed a receipt. I want to stay with the Square appointment app. I also wonder if I am being charged twice for making income when I check them out on both platforms. In other words, square and square appointments do not correspond.
Some troubleshooting steps our Customer Success Advocates utilize to address your email questions may require them to log into your dashboard. If you do not wish a Customer Success Advocate to log into your dashboard, please let us know as soon as possible.

- Did you set up printer profiles on your Square Appointments app?
- Are you receiving an error message when trying to print a receipt, or is the option to print not appearing at all?
Regarding your concern about being charged twice—rest assured that as long as you are logged into the same Square account on both the Square app and Square Appointments, the transactions will sync, and you will not be charged twice for the same payment.
