Intake Forms and Charting...WHEN?

I run a massage therapy clinic and want to go paperless for intake and charting. When is Square going to offer intake forms and ways to chart clients within their system? The introduction of contracts does not help at all. There is no way to customize it for clients to fill out info. They can only check boxes and sign.

I do not want to integrate two systems or leave Square. I see threads requesting this feature dating back to 2018.

So, Square, do tell, WHEN will you bring in this important feature that MANY of your customers have been regularly requesting?
