Blocking a customer & Square assistant customization

I would love to be able to block a customer from accessing my square booking. I have a specific client who used the square automated assistant to make herself an appointment, and when other people book an appointment, I have to confirm it first. But because she used the automated feature, it was automatically confirmed, AND I was not notified. Had I not been booking another appointment, I would've missed that.

Can you just turn the square automation off?
