269 recent visits but no sales

This has probably been asked but  run a sale or campaign and get multiple visits with no purchases. I don't even have all of my inventory posted, but it seems as though nothing sells.

Is it my inventory?  I'd like to start classes on this month to create my own designs but I can't even sell what I have.

I keep updating the photos, I have an android so I can't use square photo app, I use photoroom.  I've started offering sales and added constant Contact as they are user friendly for me.  I know we are all busy, but does anyone mind perusing my site and offering some feedback?

Hi - link your sq site with your instagram and facebook account to list all products so you can tag.

Once you’ve set up business account and everything in the online area create a reel video with your product - link with a local business and tag everything products and people in the video ( you do put to 5 ) this will get you more exposure.  I see you are just starting on tik tok too - link your product there … but you can’t link the square suite to tik tok … also check your SEO of main page..

Your site looks nice. Here are some thoughts. There are a few items that need photos that are closer to the item or where the item is the focus (one belt has a default picture that is mostly the form it is on, and the belt is actually cut off on the bottom). Customers want to be able to see the item in detail. Many of your photos allow this, but there are some that need closer &/or more shots. Some items need specs added: measurements, materials, etc.

Think about how you shop for jewelry in person: you pick it up, turn it around, hold it where it would go on your body, consider the materials, measurements. The more you can provide that experience virtually, the better. Maybe check out other jewelry sites for ideas. If any of the items are handmade, hand-strung, etc. that should be noted, as that adds value (the time you put into it).

Finally, I think many of the items are priced too low. Consider the amount of time and energy you put into this, and take that into account. Value yourself more! Best wishes.

OMG. thank you for taking the time to review my shop and answer.  I've been debating the pricing as I'm a reseller at this point.  I start a design course next month and hope to have a steady customer base by the time I have my own styles to add.  I'm reading about pricing right now and I'll definitely retake some pictures and add more info.  I'm building my FB Shop a few items at a time.  Thank you!

I took a look at your website and your social media.

Here are some suggestions. You have some beautiful pieces but they are not translating well in photos. I would love to see products worn/displayed on models. So perhaps pick a day where you can get a bunch of friends together, or maybe some local students that can be compensated in product- to be your models? Some of your pieces (thinking hair combs) are super fancy- do you have any bridal photos you can add to your site?

The same for social media... it's HARD to get traction on Insta & TikTok.. Instagram is all about beautiful images and reels were as TT is all about behind the scene and getting to know the brand. So letting people know who you are, why you sell what you sell- why are you doing what you do. Maybe a daily post on you picking your jewels for the day...

Your social media is going to drive sales to your website. We have over 230k followers on TT and over 20k on instagram and IF we get $1500 a week in sales on our website it's a lot. It's always been our weakest link because it's literally floating in the sea of the internet.

You may also want to try TikTok shop- it's been great for us.
