set up different pricing

We have 4 brand new square POS systems. How do I program them to have same products but different pricing. eg Members Bar pricing (2) to Public Bar pricing (2). I still want to be able to keep it to one touch. One Drink - one touch. We have a lot of casual staff that come and go and this needs to be simple in what can be a fast paced environment.

I have set up my items and created a pretty favourites table with pictures.

Hey @Gemmao,

Thanks for getting in touch and welcome to the Community!

You're able to set different prices for the same items on a per-location level.

So if you had one Point of Sale point in the Public Bar, you can have a location called "Public Bar" and your POS logged into that bar with prices for that location.

You could have another bar logged into a "Members Bar" location, then have the same item set listed at different prices.

You can find more information about setting this up within your inventory on this post in our US Community forum. Read more on setting up different locations on your Square account here - you'll need to do this first if you've not already.

Note that a POS point can only be logged into a single location at a time, so you won't be able to switch between these different item pricing sets on the fly if you want to use the same POS point to do it. If you're looking at using different prices from the same POS point, you'd need to instead maybe look at using discounts for members.
