Printing a receipt when invoicing a client through square terminal

Good Morning!

I run a retail shop and have 30-day accounts for bigger clients. When I have their people come in, I scan everything through the register and invoice the client directly to their accounts team. Some of them use POs and need to update the PO before accounts will pay it. With this being said, is there a way to get the register to print a receipt showing what is owed? At the moment, I invoice the customer through the register, then have to log onto my computer and print the receipt that way. This is a fair bit time-consuming. Any advice/help with be very much appreciated to speed these up for the clients. Time is Money!
