Pending Payments

My terminal has been acting strange today and I’ve just noticed all my payments for today are “pending” I am connected to the internet and have not at any point durning the day not been connected. I hotspot from my phone to the terminal and have tried turning the hotspot off and connecting to another hotspot (no fixed connection in the shop)

 

I’ve taken payments through the square dashboard with my terminal connected this morning but these didn’t process so i entered the card manually and these payments are the only ones showing for today. 

 

What can I do ?? The internet is fine as all my devices connected are working, it’s just the terminal

You find these transactions via the Transaction Status Report in your Dashboard here. From there, select the transaction in question and click Charge. Keep in mind it may take up to 10 minutes for the charges to appear on your account activity, and we can’t guarantee that your request to charge this transaction will be successful.
