Organisation with different Locations, Different Squares and Different Bank account

Hi there,

Is it possible to have different bank account for each of the locations in the organisation.

We have an organisation (non-profit organisation) I am trying to set up an account for.

We have clubs all around Australia and all clubs have their own bank accounts.

 

Is it possible to have different bank account for the different locations. I understand they can have their own login. Just need to clarify we can have different bank accounts.

Yes, it's possible to have a different bank account linked to each of your locations. You can learn how to edit your locations to add new bank accounts or update details with these steps.

To get started, see below:

 

1. Visit Account & Settings > Bank Accounts in your online Square Dashboard.
2. Select Edit Bank Account or Add Bank Account next to a location.
3. Enter the new bank account information and click Verify.

 

Keep in mind that the entire bank verification process can take up to 4 business days, and we’re unable to expedite the process at this time. Once your account has been verified, transfers will be sent according to your normal transfer schedule.
