My owner can't see the transactions from my account

In our small business we have two square readers. One is the owner's and the other is shared by two employees.

 

When one employee is using the employee reader the transactions recorded can be seen by the owner in the owner's account.

 

When the other employee uses the employee reader, the owner cannot see the transactions made by that employee.

 

How do we make sure the owner see's all transactions for all readers?

It sounds like one of the team members might have created their own Square account, rather than being added as an employee to the existing account. I'd recommend reaching out to both staff members to ensure they're signed into the right account, as all transactions will automatically be visible via the dashboard when the same Square account is used.
