I've selected "no requirements to book" in my settings, but payment is still required!

I've selected "no requirements to book" in my Payments & Cancellations settings, but in the class booking flow, payment is still required ("Enter your payment details. A payment of $30.00 is required to book your class.)

 

What am I missing here?

 

I need clients to be able to book a class online, and either pay online OR in person on location.
