Health care provider numbers

As a massage therapist all my health care providers need to be itemised on my receipts. 

I have listed them all however they are not appearing to the customer ?

If you've edited your receipt from a different place to where you take payments, are you able to sign out of the app you use to take payments and sign back in, making sure to sign in using the same login email address as the place you made changes to your receipt? It sounds like you may have multiple accounts here under different emails - which would result in you seeing different receipts from different accounts.
