Confirmation messages
Hi there,
I'm just starting to use confirmation requests and text reminders. I keep reading that my appointments will either have a tick next to them (confirmed) or a box with no tick (unconfirmed). All of my appointments starting next week don't have a confirmation box at all, empty or not and none of them are listed as unconfirmed. Do they only get the unticked box once the confirmation texts get sent out?
I'm just trying to figure out how to make sure my clients are getting their messages.
