Change my site address back to the free sub-domain
Hi
I previoiusly utilised the free subdomain and was testing the connection to my website however it is not ideal.
How do I change it back to use my free sub-domain which is where my links to my shop are in my website. That was working fine.
I have followed the steps set out in Square and it is pointing to my website, not the shop that I created on Square. is there a time delay to change my settings back.
Thanks

Hey @kmasher,
Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the community 👋
You can change your domain settings from your Square Online overview - take a look at this article for more info on how and where to make domain changes.
Keep in mind though, if you made changes on the domain provider end you may also need to change things back there as well.
If you need any further help here please feel free to call support on 1800 760 137 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm Melbourne time), or contact us via online chat or email:
1. Sign in to your Square account
2. Head to our contact page https://squareup.com/help/au/en/contact
3. Go to "Other"" then "I don't see my issue"
4. Click "Message us" or "Email us"
They will be able to take a better look into how the domain is set up than we're able to via our community forum!
