Can you let me know a bit more about the issue you're seeing?

If you could help me out with the following, I'd be happy to provide some troubleshooting steps:

1. Are you attempting to add a Card on File to a customer's profile, or manually enter a card payment, or both?
2. Where are you attempting this action — in your app, or via your online Square Dashboard?
3. When attempting the action, do you receive an error message?
