Struggling to get items to show in my "shop" page?

Hi, I'm a carpet cleaner, and have been struggling with the online booking format (i.e. not being able to add quantities apart from in variations).

To solve this I created items within the appointments app, with options like "around furniture = £xx" and "move furniture = £xxx".

That seemed to solve the problem I was having and more because people could add 2 or 3 to their basket.

 

However. Those items I created do not show in the site. It states "there are no items. Create your first item."

 

Why is there this disconnect and how do we solve it?

Hey Chris,

 

It might be that your new products have been set to ‘unavailable’ as a default option. Head on over to your online store, then the items section. All your products should show as a list there - if they say unavailable next to them you just need to change them to visible. To do that in bulk you can select them all with the tick box to the right of ‘Name’ & the bulk edit option will show up on the right. Then just hit to update visibility.
