How to send digital contract only when booking one service

Hi, 

 

I’m looking for a way to automatically send my clients their service agreement contract when they book their first appointment with me.

BUT I don’t want the contract to be sent every time they book an appointment with me. 

 

Most of my clients book at least 3 appointments with me within a 2 month period and I want a way to send the contract out automatically on that first booking, but not on the subsequent 2 bookings. 

 

Is this possible?

 

Also is there anyway to set up different digital contracts on different services?

 

For example, for their first appointment, they get automatically sent the service agreement contract, which they sign and we start work.

then when booking the final appointment, they get sent a completion of work contract to read and sign.

 

Is this possible?

Our Appointments team have confirmed that adding different contracts to different services is currently a feature request. This is something we are planning on implementing soon, when I have more specific details I will let you know on this thread. 🙂

Hi @AddymanAlts, thanks for posting and welcome to the Seller Community. 

 

I had a look into this and at the moment with Square Appointments a contract being sent automatically at time of first booking (and only the first) would be a feature request

 

This has already been flagged so I'll be sure let you know when we have any updates on that. 

 

With regards to your second question about attaching different contracts to different services, from testing myself I can't see this option. However I'm reaching out to our Appointments team directly for confirmation so I'll come back to you on that.
