How to Edit a Customer Profile?

I cannot work out how to edit a customer profile. The instructions are:

 

  1. From the Customers tab in your online Square Dashboard, click a customer’s name to view their full profile > click Edit.

What does this mean? When I got to my Customers page I can't see anyone's name. I use the search box but that does nothing. In the reply to this I shall show you what I see when I put a customer's name in the search box (attaching an image doesn't work in initial posts). Thanks.

As you can see it all cuts off after the words "using the Create"

Are the customer names supposed to be under this? I've had it look like this since I started.

Hi @Roxy222uk - thanks for your post. 

 

Thank you for the screenshots - it looks like you might have a filter turned on at the moment. If you click Group: Filtered Results you should be able to switch to Group: All Customers;

Thanks, it wasn't that. I had a live online chat and the person logged into my dashboard, and then it suddenly started displaying properly. Before they they got me to try on Google Chrome, and it was even worse, and told me I had to make the letters small to fit everything in, which didn't help because the rest of the page just wasn't displaying. Before asking for help I had tried logging out and back in again. All the other pages displayed fine. I have no idea what made it change back when the support staff logged onto my dashboard.
