How do i change (or add) the phone number that receives text messages when people book an appointmen

I get text messages everytime someone creates an online appointment, but can't figure out how to add my wifes phone number so she also gets that text message.

There's not a way to add a second phone number to receive appointment notifications. But you can change the phone number from your Customer Directory. When you click on someone's profile, you're able to edit the phone number associated with it. Whichever phone number you update to will be the one which notifications are sent to.

Sorry no, that doesn't help.

 

I am the business owner and would like to change the phone number that receives text messages - as the business owner. I know i can go change the phone number of any of my hundreds of customers, i need to change the number of the business owner.

that is my question too!!!! when i signed it gave me a random 844 number. I need to change that number....thank you

Same! I havent been getting text messages when a client books an appointment, only emails! I cant figure out where I can change this to start receiving texts!

Staff notifications can be managed in the Appointments Dashboard and app settings.

 

To edit staff notifications on the Dashboard:

  1. Under appointments tab >staff>select staff member
  2. To right add/edit phone number and select text Text Notifications

To turn on text notifications in app:

  1. Select settings
  2. Scroll to, My notifications
  3. toggle on Text notifications
