Hello Square Community,
I noticed that after the migration of vouchers to Square Marketing, the system changed how vouchers are applied. Previously, we were able to create a voucher for a specific category and have it apply to all items within that category. However, now it seems that the voucher can only apply to one item—the highest-value item in the selected category. This change makes the option a bit pointless for our needs.
Does anyone know how to restore the previous setup where vouchers could be applied to all items in a category, rather than just one?
I appreciate any help or advice on how to make this work as it did before!
Thank you!

Hi @BSJWEE , thanks for posting on the Seller Community 👋.
There is currently no way to revert to the previous Marketing experience at this time, and it's also not possible to apply vouchers to multiple items in a cart, unless the voucher is set to the entire sale. This has been noted by other sellers and our Product team is aware of this.
Would using automatic discount instead be a potential workaround for you ?
No. The discount is not workaround for us.
